Our Vision and Value Proposition
Sabai Customer Co Ltd. was established in 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand to solve a problem that has plagued companies since the very onset of industrial and technological civilization: that of providing seamless, intelligent, and efficient customer communications. The problem seemed to be paradoxical, as the quality of customer service seemed to decline as the pace of technological progress increased.
After much deliberation, drafts, market research analyses, number crunching, and more cups of coffee than we could possibly count- we realized that the problem was data-driven, that of irrelevant data overload and no purpose-built application-suite on the market that took a streamlined and data-driven approach to solve it. In layman’s terms, the reason the world didn’t have quality customer support software until Sabai Customer was much the same as to why self-driving cars are such a challenging project to deploy. Like Tesla analyzes the dynamic and ever-changing terrain of road traffic to make autonomous driving a reality, we at Sabai Customer use artificial intelligence and data science to provide customer communications solutions uniquely tailored to the data & customer landscape of your enterprise.
The word Sabai in Thailand means happiness- and indeed our core objective is to make all customers as happy as they can be ours and yours. We believe that “happy customers” make for the best “repeat customers.”
