Basic criteria for all jobs include a typing speed in English (or Thai) of 70 WPM or higher.
Sales and People positions require friendly yet ABC (always-be-closing) dispositions and raw hunger for commissions.

Developers will be hired based on their prior code in GitHub repositories, as well as the interview’s on-site skills test/hackathon. We like to ask our developers logic-based questions similar to those posed to professionals in Finance and Fintech, especially Quantitate Analysts.
