Sabai Customer uses cookies, (small pieces of data stored in your web browser) for several purposes.

For an agent logged into The Sabai Customer agent panel, those cookies are stored:

• A_auth
  authentication token, allows an agent to reload the agent panel without logging in each time (if they did not log out). The agent needs to choose this option by the “Remember me” checkbox on the login screen.
  validity: year / till logout
• A_la_sid
  currently active session in agent panel
  validity: when the browsing session ends
• A_la_appId
  used to prevent concurrent login
  validity: when the browsing session ends
• gpf_language
  chosen language for agent panel
  validity: 230 days
• kb_preview_id
  knowledgebase preview identification
  validity: when the browsing session ends
• forceView
  for agent panel manually forced switch between desktop/mobile view
  validity: 3 months

For a registered visitor logged into the customer portal, those cookies are stored:

• V_auth
  authentication token, allows a visitor to reload the visitor panel without logging in each time (if they did not log out). The registered visitor needs to choose this option by the “Remember me” checkbox on the login screen.
  validity: year / till logout
• visitor_la_sid
  currently active session in the customer portal
  validity: when the browsing session ends

Cookies used by contact widgets integrated on other web pages:

• LaSID
  visitor session identifier
  validity: when the browsing session ends
  LaVisitorId
  this identifier is used to recognize the visitor on each visit of your pages where the widget integration code is added
  validity: set by administrator in Configuration -> Protection -> Visitor cookie lifetime. The default value is 30 days. The value of 0 means the visitor is remembered only for the current session (when the browsing session ends)
• LaVisitorNew
  information if this is a new or returning visitor, automatic invitations may display depending on this attribute
  validity: one day
• LaRunningChat
  parameters to reload the chat window if the page is refreshed or visitor navigates their browser to another page
  validity: when the browsing session ends
• LaUserDetails
  stores user details information defined by the administrator in integration code
  validity: when the browsing session ends
• closedInvitations
  list of invitations that the visitor dismissed, the invitations will not be displayed while the cookie is valid
  validity: when the browsing session ends
