Sabai Customer Co Ltd. was established in 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand to solve a problem that has plagued companies since the very onset of industrial and technological civilization : that of providing seamless, intelligent and efficient customer communications. The problem seemed to be paradoxical, as the quality of customer service seemed to decline as the pace of technological progress increased.

After much deliberation, drafts, market research analyses, number crunching and more cups of coffee than we could possibly count- we realized that the problem was data-driven, that of irrelevant data overload and no purpose-built application-suite on the market that took a streamlined and data-driven approach to solving it. In layman’s terms, the reason the world didn’t have quality customer support software until Sabai Customer Co Ltd. was much the same as to why self-driving cars are such a challenging project to deploy. Like Tesla analyzes the dynamic and ever-changing terrain of road traffic to make autonomous driving a reality, we at Sabai Customer Co Ltd. use artificial intelligence and data science to provide a customer communications solutions uniquely tailored to the data & customer landscape of your enterprise.

The word Sabai in Thailand means happiness- and indeed our core objective is to make all customers as happy as they can be- ours and yours. We believe that “happy customers” make for the best “repeat customers.”

Funding

Sabai Customer Co Ltd. was registered as a company with the Thailand DBD (Department of Business Development) with a paid-up capital of 2 million THB. We are in the process of increasing our registered capital to 10 million THB in light of increased actuals and revenues.

Early interest in the ground-breaking project came from investors in Australia, Hong Kong, and the United States. We have investments, memorandums of understanding, collaborations and revenue share deals in place currently worth over 20 million THB or roughly $750,000 USD.

As our patents and the assets side of our balance sheet increase along with scaling revenue and users, we seek an investment round of $5 million USD from a venture capital firm or private investor.

We shall consider the following terms and models:
$5 Million Investment as:

  1. All Equity, but no controlling interest
  2. Part Debt/Part Equity
  3. Part Debt/ Part Credit Line
  4. All Debt, convertible to equity all or part. Repayment commencing after 24months. No prepayment penalty after 24 months.
  5. Debt in two tranches, $2.5M up front/$2.5M after target build-out and revenues stage
